        with respect to the recording, using the two phones you got a nice stereo effect   Now your voice. First of all, I strongly recommend to you always warm up the voice before singing, especially if you've just woken up. Start caring for your voice is the first thing you should do if you want to improve technically. You are very lucky since the raw material you are about to work, your voice, is very good quality, so I have no doubt that your progress will be incredible. In that sense, I think the key of your training will go through how smart you are to focus your energy on what you need to work. And what is this you need to work? At this point I recommend you take some initial lessons with a teacher, if the program you're going to use is 4pillars then I think it would be interesting if you could take some classes with Robert and then continue with the program by your own; but if it is too expensive for you, maybe through this forum you can get the guidance you need (although nothing is better to start than the guidance of a personal teacher, imo)   Regarding the song, it's hard to say because the high notes sound strained and sometimes out of tune, but I think this has to do with not warming up well your voice. Still, I dare say that while you are reaching the high notes of the song, there is still much room for improvement in this area, your first bridge, so you get through it more easily.

    Hi Alberto, I agree with Sexy Beast, your voice (which I think is great) does not shine in this key, you definitely should raise the pitch

    Thank you guys!!!    Thank you Aravind for your kind words. Yes, I have to work on the loud parts to fit with the rest of the song   Sexy, yes maybe I should vocalize with a stronger sound in my chest voice. When I started singing I used to squeeze a lot, maybe now I´m placed in the opposite extreme? maybe I´m holding my voice too much? Is this what you mean, guys? Or am I still squeezing?   Moreover, I feel a kind of release after uploading this video because though not enough , I'm a little shy, so it took me quite take this step. I see this video with the hands on the eyes on most parts, and with the same weird feeling that I had when listening my voice on my first recordings    Hope this strange feeling also pass ; and perhaps encourage me to have a channel on youtube

    Thank you guys for your responses   Killer, thanks for posting this video, very impressive... I also felt so identified.. with grover, of course   This song is good to practice the first and second bridge, though it has become a karma for me, last year I could not even reach the high notes, now I can but I am very conscious that sounds awful so far...       LOL.. You are right, I realized it when I saw the video. I will keep this in mind

    Hey fellows, this is my first video...    I recorded the video with an iphone and the audio with garageband, then edited with imovie; one take, though the end is not sync, don`t know why!    I know I pull a lot the high notes, maybe I was too nervous . Also the song is really hard for me so far...    Please let me know what do you think and how can improve it!   Thank you in advance

    Really nice! I hear some low notes out of your range, so I think a half step higher, maybe a whole step, would make it sound better

Debería escribir este post en Inglés para que el resto de los compañeros entienda, pero la realidad es que estoy un poco apurado y mi inglés no es muy bueno! creo que tenés una gran voz, y tus dos covers son muy prometedores. Tu voz en Sugar suena bastante diferente que en All of me; es un sonido "cool" pero no estoy muy seguro de que sea saludable para tus cuerdas.. De cualquier modo suenan muy bien las dos, saludos!

    Sounds good, but to be really honest I heard again the cartoon sound... not all the time, though.. This is a hard song and I think you will sing it very well. But personally, I would leave for later this track and try some songs that include some low notes

    You definitly can sing. Your tone and pitch are pretty good, and I heard an interesting sound in your low range which I think you should explote. To be really honest, I don´t like the songs you chose, but this is personal taste... I think you could do very well some of Michael Buble, Harrison Craig, Josh Groban, in case you like it

        Why not let the audience to judge it? I think you are a great singer, love your voice and style, also the songs you pick up. If you recorded songs on a better quality I would listen and enjoy them as I do with my favorite singers

    I´ve not heard the louder version, but I do like this soft version... personal taste   Neither I hear nasality issues.. at least in this song

    Really good Job, I loved it! The mix is good, to me you should add some reverb on the voice (I'm listening with the speaker of my phone and it sounds like it has not reverb) Good choice on the song!
